One simple answer, yes or no?
Lush greenery surrounds a large comfortable room, the staff was friendly and cute. A scenic pool area for relaxation. Breakfast offered a delicious variety catering to various tastes.
The hotel shows signs of aging, and the beach area nearby was not well maintained, affecting the overall experience despite its convenient location.

The breakfast was delicious and the view was magnificent. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom and climate control, a safe box and multi-channel TV in the room. Location just next door to the great restaurants nearby and Patong nearby and all restaurants / bars...

Because it is Thailand the staff was very good, friendly and they enjoy to serve the guests. The rates for the rooms are very good. The swimming pools are well maintained and large enough to relax in it but also for exercise. The convenience of the 7Eleven shop next to resort and the short walk to the beach was admired. The separate and high enough shower from bath in the bathroom was a pure blessing. The security and assistance in parking the rented minibus is mentionable.
The variation of dishes at the breakfast buffet was a concern - no bacon or cheese as example was served at all. A very monotonousness breakfast. The state and efficiency of the air-conditioners in some of the rooms are dismal. The hotel restaurant waiters struggled to handle a large group.

I had modern a double room with great views and the balcony, for instance. Coffee/tea making equipment and a refrigerator were a big plus.
Facilities were good, yet Wi-Fi was kind of slow.

I almost gave a good review, but I couldn't overlook the disgusting noise levels from that awful karaoke bar ruining my evenings and the broken tiles in the pool, which should've been fixed ages ago. I expected at least a nice room upgrade for these issues, but apparently, that's too much to ask here.

The hotel offers a convenient location near the beach.
The noise levels around the hotel were overwhelming at times. I found the furniture in the rooms to be quite outdated, which detracted from my overall comfort . Despite hoping for a peaceful getaway, I was left disappointed by the overall shabby condition of the hotel.

Stayed in the bungalows at the rear of the hotel which are nicely equipped and surrounded by gardens. The hotel was excellent value for money..the breakfast was great and staff friendly and helpful. Keep the doors to the bungalows closed at night and wear repellent to keep from being bitten at night as there is plenty of standing water around the site.

The location is perfect, close to everything you need. While the pool area can get crowded, it is still a good spot to relax and unwind.

This resort is just enough for the value - clean, efficient and had no problem offering us a room which suited our needs better at no extra cost. Basic breakfast and reasonable prices on other food and drink. handy for a few restaurants and bars and spas ...5 minutes from the beach
Nothing direct with the hotel ...but hey guys you need to get to grips with the cleanliness of the beach ...it is your beach and your responsibility....it is a mess!

The hotel is situated off the main road thus one will enjoy the serene surroundings. It is a 5 mins walk to the beach, cafes and shops. Nice big pool and free wifi. The staff who attended to us during our stay was helpful and accommodating. Had a good view of Kamala beach and its surroundings on a motor bike which we rented.
Plenty of mosquitoes! The hotel shuttle bus was not in operation due to low season.
